Return Policy 

 

1. Return Period

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the conditions below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at dil.fistan@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you:

    • Instructions on how and where to send your return.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Initiate a return for the item you no longer want.

  • In your email, let us know which product you'd like in exchange.

  • We will register the exchange in our system.

  • If there is a price difference:

    • You will either receive a refund (in form of a gift card) of the difference, or

    • an invoice will be sent to you by email.


5. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at dil.fistan@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items (can be returned for store credit/voucher only within 7 days.)

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Jewelry, especially hair accessories

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.


7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • For regular/sale items, you will receive a voucher equal to the original purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Cash refunds are not available.


Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the voucher to be processed.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund or voucher, please contact us at dil.fistan@gmail.com.
