Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products worldwide. A detailed list of available shipping methods and costs for your country will be shown at checkout.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In rare cases, delivery delays may occur, but we will inform the customer via email.

 

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues. 

 

4. Economy Mail

If you select Economy Mail as your shipping option, please note the following:

No tracking number is provided with this method, as it is the most affordable shipping option offered by DHL.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

- Within Germany: 1–5 business days

- Within the EU: 3–14 business days

- Outside the EU: 5–21 business days


Economy Mail is ideal for low-cost shipping but may take longer and does not include shipment tracking. Please consider choosing a tracked shipping method if you prefer more security and transparency.

 

5. International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which must be paid by the customer. These costs are not included in the shipping fee. We strive to complete the customs declaration as efficiently as possible to ensure that no excessive customs duties are charged.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
